Instructions for setting up Microsoft Outlook as your Email tool
1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. From the menu bar select tools and then accounts.
3. Select the Mail tab and click on the Add button and then select mail.

4. Follow the wizard…
5. When reaching the Email Server Names, enter mail.yourdomainname.com in both of the fields and keep POP3 as the server type.

6. Continue following the wizard…
7. In the internet connection type select Connect using my Local Area Network(LAN)

8. Continue with the wizard…
9. Close your internet accounts window.
10. Close and reopen Microsoft Outlook.
